Neiman's built their own Data Center in 1989. Worked night shift for 3 years. Responsible for completing Application batch processing. Working with Application Programmers to resolve job abends and meeting all application SLA. Promoted to the Operations Support Group in October of 1993. I worked with System programmers to Implement Legent's Automate MVS for the mainframe and Automation Point on a OS/2 platform. We also took over Report Distribution Administration using Systemware's XPTR product. I worked closely with a System Programmer to upgrade IBM's OPCA from version 32 to version 34.

Responsible for Neimans batch processing on a mainframe in California via an NJE.

Responsible for all batch processing. Fixing and restarting jobs that abend. On-call 24/7 to restart mainframe in the event of power outages.

Started in Print Room and promoted to Computer Operator. Shift Supervisor when Computer Operations moved to Wausau WI.
