As an experienced Parts Manager running a busy parts department, supplying to both retail and trade customers, my communication and problem-solving skills along with a good attention to detail have been key to the success of the business. I actively listen to customers’ needs and am polite andcourteous at all times. My excellent skills have led to building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. I also complete supplier invoices for the Accounts Department for month end where Iensure accuracy by checking VAT, net total and by making sure that they are input onto the system.correctly. Continued training in AAT and Bookkeeping has sparked a passion for finance as I really enjoy undertaking financial tasks. I am now seeking a new career which will utilise my varied skill set, whilst offering opportunities to learn new skills
