The shape of this partnership enables us to see patterns, connections and relationships that help create deeper understanding, options and choices.Having lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, I’ve gained an appreciation for cultural differences and how this plays out within global organisations and across business.I have an MSc in Applied Psychology from Cranfield, am an accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching and an accredited Trainer of Coaching Skills for Leaders. I am also a Principal Practitioner of the Association of Business Psychologists.
