Served as the Design Project Manager and subsequent Deputy Construction Manager for the $440-million West Point WWTP Secondary Treatment Program. Managed and oversaw the design, construction, and implementation of multiple construction projects that were associated with this highly complex water quality driven program. The West Point Water Reclamation Facility is located in highly sensitive environmental location, immediately adjacent to the largest park in the Greater Seattle Area -- which required extensive coordination and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to fully implement this program.
