Develop, maintain and produce ad-hoc reports with FOCUS reporting language and Argos reporting tool. Reports will support all needs within University Advancement, including but not limited to, alumni association, annual fund, telemarketing, fundraising, stewardship, and international advancement. Prioritize requests and analysis based on deadlines, requestor, and purpose; ensure accuracy of all data extractions prior to release to the requestor. Develop reports that provide relevant and timely data to identify trends, and assist in making informed decisions in support of advancement initiatives. Monitor, analyze, and verify data to ensure database integrity; perform data cleansing as necessary. Coordinate data quality and integrity procedures with other members of the advancement staff. Document and resolve user-identified data issues. Follow procedures for data exchange during the Annual Fund cycle; includes segmenting, tracking, and coding data for pre-call, telemarketing, follow-up files, and reporting outcomes. Assist with implementation of data feeds for systems integrating with Advance. Review and analyze issues, including system documentation and output, to identify solutions and /or make appropriate referrals of issues. Create and/or update system documentation such as business process guides, end-user training guides, and report request documentation. Troubleshoot initial computer problems and determine the appropriate source for help if beyond scope of expertise. Maintain report requests in Content Manager imaging system. Programming on special projects as needed (ex. Brick database, volunteer initiative application, etc.). Assist with the data entry, technical maintenance, and usage of the Phonathon Center's CampusCall system; respond to project needs as they arise.
