I am a highly motivated, ambitious, and dedicated individual with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering + minor in metallurgy from Texas A&M University. I have strong experience in building a team and providing leadership to inspire all team members to work united solving production problems, setting and achieving goals, and training staff to be successful. I use lean manufacturing as well as hands on experience designing mechanical products with Solid Works CAD software to create products and set records of team success. In the next 3-several years, I plan to use my strong Engineering background and Leadership education to help bring solutions to new problems in our production departments.
