Work with development team to determine effective strategies for the identification, cultivation and solicitation of donors and prospects. Determine opportunities for gifts of assets or other non-cash gifts. Provide donor recognition in order to increase future giving opportunities.

Responsible for managing agency operations including facilities, purchasing, communications systems, volunteer program and support personnel. Forecast facility needs and implement systems to meet the operational needs of the organization. Responsible for overseeing annual special events and direct mail solicitation campaign.

Altadena, Ca

Responsible for management of the agency’s two major fundraising special events as part of the department’s overall development plan. Provide day-to-day management and supervision of the department when the Director of Philanthropy was away from the office. Implement and manage the agency’s in-kind solicitation program including the annual Holiday “Wish Tree” Campaign. Oversee the agency’s vehicle donation program.

Responsible for the management of the submission of grants to supplement the budgets of various agency programs. Provide day-to-day management and supervision of the department when the Vice President was away from the office. Oversee the agency’s annual Holiday “Wish Tree” Campaign and vehicle donation program. Responsible for the development and production of the agency newsletter and annual report.
