Oversight and control of a SAAS product platform development for all International benefit and reward solutions at Sodexo, as central information handler. The platform which included; new client acquisitions, reshaping to increasing profitability, increase programme engagement, implementing account growth plans, clearing up historic financial gaps, while servicing and migrating business procedures in line with ISO and GDPR certifications, and of course delivering product developments in line with strategy and customer feedback for constant improvements. The client portfolio encompassed international programmes over 5 continents, with 50+ suppliers providing 110k items to 82 countries in 21 languages, supported with a mobile application.So handling, mining, extracting data was at the core of the platform, product management reporting and efficiency of catalogue products/profit tracking involved developing our data reporting suite, managing data flows and accurate outputs for levels of collab/internal and external sharing. I recruited and trained a entirely new team to deliver, strengthen and grow the portfolio. Overseeing such a multi-cultural team has provided me greater experience to my previous roles, requiring more developed communication skills and cultural understanding. This position has also presented me with front-line sales and new target market growth opportunities, as well as strategic development puzzles to overcome. I set, managed and tracked sprint deliveries from both inhouse and outsourced IT developers and technical support. I also had to oversee my account team spread of over 4 countries, supervised our partners liaison and CS teams across offices.
