 Compile, schedule and assign installation, trouble and service calls for the technical department. Plan and organize schedules based on geographic area, time slot and technical work schedules. Dispatch job information to field personnel. Train and mentor coworkers on new equipment, new programs for our expanding services and troubleshooting techniques with customers via telephone. Assist call center in contacting customers to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of services provided by field technicians. Update database with addressable converter and modem authorization and job completion information.

 Install, reconnect, and perform changes of service for residential and commercial video customers. Upsell and upgrade company products and services to existing and prospective customers. Train and mentor new hires in sales, installation and service techniques. Troubleshoot and repair video service problems. Resolve billing and/or payment questions while on-premise and instruct customers in proper use of equipment. Route Engineering
