An Engineer by trade, qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant whilst an Operations Manger and decided a change of direction was needed because of my love of accounting, so I opened my own accounting practice. After seven successful years I wanted to take my small friendly accounting practice to new levels and decided to develop software based on my experiences of dealing with the small business community. The objectives were to offer a low cost compliance service that matched outsourcing prices but offer high value in terms of advice and customer service. Launched my new venture, BonAcc (Business Online Accounting) in September 2010.Now my goal is to make BonAcc successful which will incorporate the new challange of marketing - I may offer unbeatable value, but if no one knows about it then no one can join!Specialties: Very strong analytical skills and I have the ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms. I specialise in small business taxation issues and have an ability to apply my knowledge to a diverse range of clients. On a personal front, I never let anyone down, be it a friend, colleague or client and this has produced a new skill set in risk management, ensuring whatever decisions are made, any risks are always highlighted at the onset, thus ensuring the unexpected never happens
