Initially undertook several roles during event days at the university, providing tours, hosting Q&A sessions, and leading activities. Eventually promoted to event day manager, recognized for my work ethic. In this management role, assisted in running a section of the event schedules, managing other students, and leading talks and tours. These duties utilized confidence in communication, leadership, organization, and management skills.Summer of 2022 and 2023:Selected as one of four students to join the course enquiries team, working 5 days a week handling phone calls, emails, and live chats from applicants and the public. After the first summer, I was asked to extend my work with the team for 4 days a week until February 2023 before being selected again for the role for the 3-month position in summer 2023.

Returning to previous post following taking some time out to travel

Worked within the Cash Allocation team, trained to handle day one and occasionally day two cash allocation from customers via BACS and cheques in GBP. This involved using systems concurrently to analyse data received from customers to forward funds to our clients. Also included customer service skills via email and telephone to retrieve information from customers. During the pandemic, I continued this work from home, handling sensitive information remotely. Developed analytical skills in assessing invoices and ledgers and strengthened communication skills for internal and external interactions.
