In the course of my 20+ years in manufacturing and regulatory roles, I have gained vast and diverse experience. I have held positions in manufacturing engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, regulatory compliance, project manager, and most recently the president of my own business, Diligistics, LLC.Diligistics is a company, which imports devices containing ionizing sources, as well as sources themselves, into the US. The team at Diligistics is top notch when it comes to customer service, thus our name: Diligistics. It combines our diligence with what we do: logistics.In my past role as a project manager, I brought together cross functional teams to complete individual tasks and accomplish the ultimate goals.

In the role of manufacturing engineer, I made significant process and product improvements to create better products and reduce costs. Better products solidified customer satisfaction, which improved sales. Cost reductions increased profit margins for the product lines. 

With many years in the EHS field and becoming a Certified Safety Professional, I am frequently consulted by colleagues for advice in regard to EHS programs and topics. My diverse regulatory experience has given me experience in many specialized areas including, ionizing and non ionizing radiation, laser, explosives, chemical, and biological. I maintain an extensive knowledge of compliance standards from OSHA, NRC, FDA, DOT, ATF, et al. 

As an international radiation safety consultant, I have worked with clients to gain approval for devices containing ionizing sources in the US and throughout the world. I have extensive knowledge of NRC regulations as they apply to exempt and generally licensed devices. Additionally, I have experience ensuring regulatory compliance of radiation machines.
