A customer focused sales executive and entrepreneur with over 20+ years’ experience in IT solutions including Digital Transformation, SaaS, Unified Communications, and contact center software. My passion is interacting with customers and providing solutions that align with their business outcomes. I have been fortunate to work for great companies who hire quality people and it is those relationships and winning together that have fueled my success. In 2010, I partnered with two other industry leaders to launch Cameo Solutions Inc, an IT company focused on Cisco contact centers. Together, over a 10-year period we successfully built a profitable contact center services and cloud company from zero to over $38M in revenue. I developed invaluable new skills related to all aspects of running a business including finance, operations, sales and marketing, as well as, in-depth industry knowledge in Contact Center software and Customer Experience solutions. In 2019, Cameo was acquired by New Era Technology where I am SVP Sales for the Global Digital Transformation Division.
