As the Director of Innovation and Hospital Integration at Swan Valley Medical, I lead the clinical integration of Swan Informatics solutions with the enabling implementation of the T-SPeC device, a novel disposable instrument that replaces urethral Foley catheters for short-term or long-term bladder management. I have over ten years of experience in this role, where I collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrators to demonstrate the benefits, safety, and efficacy of the Company's technologies, as well as provide training, support, and feedback to the clinical users and the product development team.I also serve as the Director of Marketing Communications at Swan Valley Medical, where I leverage my 25+ years of experience in product design, graphic arts, branding, and web development to create and execute effective marketing strategies for the company's medical devices. I am responsible for developing and maintaining the company's corporate identity, marketing materials, advertising, promotion, product packaging, website, trade show design, and iPad app. I have won multiple awards for my product design and marketing work, and I am a contributing member of the product development team for current and future instrument design, development, ergonomics, and patent/trademark protection.
