In short we put people first, both our clients and our colleagues.I've been in financial services for a long time with a variety of roles over the last 35 years. My father was an IFA, so I've been brought up with independent financial advice as being key to helping people get to where they need to in their lives. I’ve worked for a number of major financial institutions to get a broad-based experience in financial services. I spent 10 years with Zurich Financial Services in a variety of roles with them, from dealing with independent financial advisors, to actually becoming an independent financial advisor within the Zurich Group. This gave me a great insight into the challenges facing financial advisers and that ultimately led me into a management role which allowed me to focus on my passion of making good financial planners even better.Ascot Lloyd believe in offering our clients financial solutions with great consideration given to their circumstances, to understand what is important to them and what they want to achieve in life. Our advisers work hand in hand with their clients to formulate and deliver financial outcomes that deliver far reaching benefits to them over a lifetime. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I’m involved with my local rugby club and have a collection of some very dubious vinyl records. In addition to my family I support a wheezing old land rover – not sure which one costs more to run but both put a smile on my face.
