Direct productions of local TV studio, airing award winning Public Service Programming for Northern Kentucky on 6 local cable channels. I have overseen the development of numerous local television programs, and technical upgrades of the studio and related facilities. Responsible for promotions and public relations, and developing relationships with government officials and local community and civic organizations. Ensure access to facilities, training, and services for community organizations, schools, government administrations, and the public. Produce client videos to effectively and creatively communicate the client's message to the target audience, on time and on budget. Handle camera work, lighting, post-production, directing for various clients, including: Cincinnati Milacron, Storer Cable, Catholic Television Network, Iacanno Productions, Court TV, United Way, SETCO, Procter & Gamble.

Design, write and present seminars on Lighting, Audio for Video, and Intermediate Production (editing and camera work.) Have presented to local cable TV production groups and the Kentucky Cable TV Association.

Manage operations, staff and budget of video department, as well as produce and direct award winning client videos that accomplished the customers' communications objectives creatively and within budget. Quote jobs, and help with sales calls.

Producer/Director for client videos. Responsible for all phases of production, including directing, pre-production, scripting, lighting, videography, post-production (Avid non-linear and linear) and project budgets.

Editor for weekend news (part-time.) Hired to edit 15 to 20 packages and mini-packs one evening per week for newly launched weekend morning news show so that packages were ready for finishing (graphics, etc) on Friday.
