I also ensured all the Officers under my supervision understood the Assignment Instructions, Emergency Procedures and any other instructions issued by the Client. I like to maintain a good level of morale and discipline within the team. Also to work hand in hand with other Departments that are covered under Estates & Facilities & indeed the University staff as a whole.

Springfield University Hospital

Talkback Thames/Freemantle Studios

My main duties for this role were to patrol the client’s premises on a regular basis as per the assignment instructions, log in details of any problems and bring it to the attention of the Supervisor or Site Manager. Also to assist the Supervisor and Site Manager with any other security duties required.

O2 Arena

My main duties for this role was to ensure crowd safety, to ensure the Officers under my supervision understood the evacuation procedures in accordance with site health & safety. And to be vigilant for suspect packages and bomb threats.

Whitgift Centre Croydon

My main duties for this role was to carry out a concierge service at this corporate site, which would include all front of house duties, meeting and greeting people, checking staff ID passes, carrying out fire alarm testing, ensuring to be vigilant for suspect packages and bomb threats. In addition to this, I also have experience from this role in the Retail Security Industry, working for what was at the time, the third largest Shopping Mall in London, The Whitgift Centre.
