The primary role of the Distance Learning Group Leader is to assist the Distance Learning Manager in the day to day operation of the RTOSG Distance Team and Office. This role incorporates regular liaison with staff, students and other key internal & external stakeholders. It also includes the performance of key human resource functions, team management and the maintenance of a small student caseload training in Business and Management Diploma's. The Distance Learning Group Leader is also responsible for ensuring compliance (both procedural and administrative) within the Distance Team at all times.
