Work with executive management and innovation teams to help them understand and realize strategic objectives for their business. Provide a variety of services to facilitate this including; help with integration and divestitures, development and execution of strategies for orphan product lines, development of organizational innovation competency, execution on new product development and providing interim executive leadership as needed to jump start an activity or fill a temporary gap.
