Led inspections of subordinate organizations focused on supply chain management operations, verifying policy adherence and implementing strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Mentor, coach and develop future leaders in the fields of supply chain management, maintenance, and transportation & distribution. Developed and implemented a strategy to optimize limited transportation resources through structured long-range planning, cross-organizational burden sharing, and improved maintenance procedures. Strategy and policy led to higher quality support to customer organizations and more consistent operations and maintenance scheduling for transportation services organizations.
