Tim is an experienced chartered town planner with wide-ranging involvement in housing, employment, student accommodation, care homes, leisure and retail developments over the past 20 years, on behalf of prominent house-builders, developers, public companies and landowners. He provides timely, accurate, professional advice and analysis of client proposals, and advises on the appropriate planning strategy in order to deliver quality planning outcomes. His work has mainly been undertaken within the Thames Valley and surrounding area, where he is well versed in the opportunities that are presented. Tim also provides advice on planning policy at the national and regional levels. He has acted as Expert Witness in the High Court for a leading housebuilder, and regularly appears at appeal and at Examinations in Public for clients.He is particularly adept at working within multidisciplinary teams and project managing an array of consultants to deliver high quality projects through planning applications of all sizes, with or without an Environmental Impact Assessment. Tim has a particular passion for community engagement and has extensive experience of working with a range of stakeholders, including local communities, statutory consultees and councils.
