I manage a team of over 25 technical experts, all of whom are specialists in different fields, including tooling, plastic engineering, assembly technology, and electrical systems. Collectively, we're responsible for developing cutting-edge technical solutions for production sites, helping them to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality products to customers on time, while keeping costs down. I'm really passionate about optimising departmental structures and processes, as well as mentoring the next generation of talented people to become engineering experts.
