Biomet purchased Lanx in October 2014 and since Biomet.

Served as the President and CEO of a high quality start-up IntraOperative Monitoring (IOM) company that delivers realtime physician reading services to support IOM technicians during OR surgical procedures. Responsible for the start-up phase of building out the foundation and hiring a CFO, VP of HR, billing staff and additional support staff of the initial building phase of the company. ProNerve has grown to become a multi-million dollar industry leader in IOM.

I began my device sales experience with U.S. Surgical in 1989 and progressed to various executive leadership roles with U.S. Surgical, Medtronic Spine Division, and Globus Medical. Prior to entering device sales in 1989 I worked as a Surgical Assistant and served for 4 years on active duty in a similar capacity in the U.S. Army at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Denver, CO.
