- Member of the Keep Britain Tidy Executive Team- Management of Keep Britain Tidy’s evidence, research, policy function whilst supporting campaigns and programme delivery across the charity’s three goals: eliminating litter, improving local places and ending waste.- Strategic planning and development across the organisation, especially to improve programme innovation, design, evidence and impact- Development and planning of Keep Britain Tidy’s Social Innovation Hub including the management of a programme of behavioural research and behaviour change pilot initiatives - Support and leadership for campaigns, including the publication of three policy reports and the development of a voluntary litter commitment- Leading the development of a new 5-year strategy for the organisation- Representing Keep Britain Tidy with regular appearances on TV, radio and printed media- Commissioning and management of research agencies- Development and facilitation of a range of events, conferences and policy forums, including our annual conference in 2013 and Waste less, Live more Week (including over 60 events involving 50 partners), this year focusing on the theme of Be Resourceful (last year focused on better food for all)- Participation in various policy forums, APPGs, political advocacy and coalitions, alongside management of all consultation responses for the charity.

- Management, development and integration of the Waste Watch programme into Keep Britain Tidy following a merger between the two charities on 1 August 2011.- Management of a team of 30 people and a budget of £1.8m p.a. to deliver a varied work programme aiming to help communities, schools, the public sector and business to reduce their environmental impact and improve their wellbeing.- Development of a structure and resource to build Waste Watch’s profile, increase our evidence base, and collaborate with other organisations to enable and champion change.- Managing the corporate communications and social media for the Waste Watch programme.- Working on the Keep Britain Tidy Management Team to take strategic and operational decisions

- Coordinating and management of a scientific and community project in order to conserve coral reefs and coastal environments in Sabah, Malaysia.- Development of social and economic work programme including fisheries research, social-demographic studies and education.- Supervision of specific research activities and student dissertations in partnership with Sabah Fisheries, WWF Malaysia and University Malaysia Sabah
