I am the Sales and Marketing Manager of Flyover 18, a high end video marketing company providing a variety of video experiences to golf clubs around the UK. We provide these completely free of charge to the club!I am committed to providing a first class service, to golf clubs and all business who associate them. In my role as a trustee I provide strategic oversight and governance in the operational management of the charity, support and encourage and assist in the development of team members both in the UK and regional international hubs and ensure that charity commission compliance is followed.

My main role managing the team was to deliver business objectives and ensure service levels are met.I was a mentor to colleagues in areas of self-development, customer engagement and wellbeing.
