With over 25 years in the Body Repair industry and the last 15 years leading teams of mobile technicians it was time to fulfil my ambition and build my own business. Choosing a Revive! franchise was the natural choice to enable me to launch and grow a business that has excellent values, a fantastic brand and an already well established network supported by great people. As Managing Director of Revive! Watford my role is to lead my team of Technicians, look after our customer base and ensure the business achieves its growth plans, this will enable me to achieve my mission, which is to build a business that people love to work for, customers who want to return and recommend to peers allowing Revive! Watford to build a reputation of trust, quality and generally being easy to deal with and doing what we say we will do.I strongly believe that working with integrity, respect and treating others how I expect to be treated goes a long way, a very simple belief that i have always lived and worked by and will continue to drive into my business ethos.
