I am a highly motivated executive dedicated to developing proprietary products that provide every client with protection from unpredictable events. Under my leadership, our company Insurance became a pioneer in underwriting supporting the agriculture industry in Indiana and nationwide. In 1999, after my father developed a farm pollution policy, I was inspired to create the underwriting division with the mission to offer unique coverage plans for the farming industry. During my 20+ year tenure with the agency, I led the development of numerous insurance programs and policies for areas of coverage that were new to the general marketplace. I placed high value on innovation and kept a pulse on unique industry needs, identifying ways to assist when others would not. For example, we were the first in the U.S. to offer coverage for foreign animal diseases such as African Swine Fever (ASF), Porcine Reproductive & Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS) and Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus (PED).
