Responsible for building a high performance environment and organising training base in cooperation with Aspire Academy and Aspetar.Working with the Technical staff and players to ensure a successful tournament during the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

• Deliver forward thinking age appropriate structured training sessions • Enhance the development of the Association's U16 and U19 squads• Part of a multi disciplined coaching team • Lead the squads participating in international tournaments

• Manage and drive the performance and development of the U16/18• Plan and implement age-appropriate structured training sessions• Deliver training to individual players and the collective squad• Deliver training sessions in coordination with other coaching staff • Ensure coaching is in line with objectives for the team• Proactively support players along the development pathway • Facilitate their progression into higher age groups• Attend regular coaching in service meetings • Contribute to meetings in a positive manner• Assist U16 squad in all areas of their match day preparations including;- Tactical decision making - Game analysis• Deliver specialised midfield training to the U16's and U18's• Prepare, plan and establish both short and long-term training objectives• Work towards achieving these targets with the U16's• Create and establish Individual Development Plans for U16 players• Act as a mentor to Academy players• Utilise experience from professional player career • Utilise experience of psychology required to reach the top
