Day-to-day network operations of a 100% Cisco network; LAN switches, 1,400+ wi-fi access points, wi-fi controllers, Prime Infrastructure (previously CiscoWorks LMS and WCS), ISE (previously NAC), ASA firewalls (previously PIX), and ASDM. Also Raritan KVM, ISC DNS & DHCP, Nagios, Rancid, Cacti, Perl and shell scripting, networked APC UPS monitoring, Common UNIX Printing System (CUPS), and SSL certificate management via InCommon. Design and implement switching and wireless equipment upgrades and new installations, including cabling needs for renovations, new construction, etc. Work on and resolve issues from Help Desk tickets, emails, phone calls, and walk-ins.
