Tim Carey is a property entrepreneur with over 30 years experience in the UK and European real estate market, many of them as a principal. Following a brief period in retail fashion in London and New York, started his property career in overseas property agency before moving in property development at Ryde International where he was responsible for commercial and residential projects in the UK and Spain. In the early 90s co-founded Cirrus Properties Limited, a commercial development company which has carried out a number major industrial, office and business park developments in the Midlands, South Wales and South East of England. He has created an excellent track record in development working in joint venture with financial partners including Higgs & Hill PLC (later Swan Hill PLC), BZW Property Investment Management, Terrace Hill Group Plc, Welbeck Land, Asda Property Holdings Plc (later British Land Plc), Premier Property Group (PPG) and Barberry Developments Limited.In 2009 co founded Cirrus Land Management LLP, a new venture involved in the planning promotion of strategic land for residential development.He has also been a director of a number of joint venture companies and he is currently a director of Cirrus Properties Limited and a partner in Cirrus Land Management LLP.Specialties: Commercial property development.
