Utilising Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to deliver the project objectives, from Initiation/Business Case to Closure• Defining the business case, requirements, project plan, governance and delivery of a new portal for customer hedging within Trading and aligning with the new organisational enterprise/CRM solution. Delivering using PRINCE project and Agile approaches. • Recovery of a crucial project overrunning by 12 months to deliver demand forecasting capability to Trading with significant company revenue P&L targets. • Defining the business case for treasury compliance change within the organisation, establishing a mandate and project definition for the sponsor, developing the rationale and gaining buy- in from senior stakeholders to establish the change requirement. • Stepping in to manage the Energy Trading Platform programme on resignation of the PM. This was running over 12 months late and had undergone 2 previous reviews of approach. I identified further serious issues concerning the expected implementation of April 2018 to senior management. This resulted in recovery activity identifying a revised implementation date, re-finance and scope review.
