Tim is a highly skilled and experienced trainer and facilitator who brings with him a wealth of experience across the public and private sectors in workplace wellbeing, mental health, Emotional Intelligence and community capacity building.Most importantly, his experience has been gained in regional and rural NSW, where he has developed a deep understanding of the issues facing people who live and work on the land and in communities that rely on Agriculture. Tim is a fourth generation farmer, and is currently a director of a grazing operation.He has a high-level understanding of a strengths-based coaching approach, strong leadership qualities and well-developed communication and negotiation skills. Tim regularly applies his knowledge and experience delivering The Optimal Health Program, Psychological First Aid, Mental Health Literacy, Assess and Respond to Suicide, Mental Health First Aid, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Practice and Cognitive Rehabilitation to empower people with the skills and confidence to maintain their mental and physical health both at work and in their private lives. With the growing awareness of the cost of mental health on Australian workplaces through injuries, absenteeism and presenteeism, Tim’s focus is helping organisations improve workplace culture, productivity and reducing the costs associated with staff turnover.
