Tim is the Founder, Proprietor and Executive Chairman of St Hilliers.He has more than 30 years property and construction industry experience.Under Tim’s leadership St Hilliers evolved into an integrated propertygroup, which reached its 20-year milestone in 2009.Tim is actively involved in the day-to-day management of the construction, development and wholesale funds management businesses.Tim undertook the Harvard Business School’s Owner/PresidentManagement Program from 2000 to 2002 and was named the EasternRegion Winner of the 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The YearAwards.Tim served as Vice President of the NSW Division of the Property Council of Australia from 2009 until 2011. He is a member of the Master Builders Association and the Australian Institute of Building and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
