• Negotiate and advise on complex DPAs (C2P and C2C), amendments, and other privacy-related agreements with Fortune 500 companies that are customers, resellers (including MSPs and large telecoms), and end customers in connection with Juniper's provision of its products and AI networking, cloud/SaaS, and connected security solutions.• Support the procurement team by negotiating and advising on DPAs, amendments, and other privacy agreements with vendors across all sectors.• Counsel engineering and product teams (complex IT networking and cloud-based products) on privacy and data protection matters, including compliance with applicable domestic and international privacy and data protection laws, such as the GDPR, US state privacy laws (e.g. CPRA), India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and HIPAA.• Lead U.S. state privacy law compliance (CCPA/CPRA, CPA, VPPA, etc.), including updating contracts, privacy notices, and other matters.• Conduct gap analyses, and lead certain international privacy law compliance across the enterprise.• Lead and manage the data subject access request process across the enterprise.• Act as the lead privacy attorney for the marketing team, and advise on email and telephone marketing, "sharing" and targeted advertising, cookie and other tracking technology compliance, and other privacy-related marketing matters, in all cases, globally.• Provide privacy and data expertise in completing customer assessments and questionnaires (e.g., SIG-LIT) relating to privacy and data protection.• Create and improve forms and templates.• Draft and collaborate on transfer impact assessments on an as-needed basis.
