Tim is a native New Yorker. He recieved his bachelor’s degree in business management from Dowling College. Prior to entering the real estate business, Tim started from the ground up a tea business which he named Subtle Tea. The storefront was located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. He not only ran day to day operations in the store, but also ran a nationwide online tea service. Through this experience he has secured exceptional people skills. He understands the needs and wants of his clients. This invaluable experience has given Tim the ability to not only read people, but build relationships with clients very easily.He will act quickly to please his clientele on their best behalf.
