Responsible for over 105 salaried and hourly employees within the following Departments: Estimating, Planning,Programming, Lab Analysis, Quality and Production Control as well as all Manufacturing and Chemical Processing.Manufacturing and Chemical Processing Departments included: Sheet Metal Manufacturing with 3 Axis capabilities.Chemical Processing Departments included: Non-Destructive Testing, Chemical Milling, Chem Film, Anodize, Paintand Polish. Also responsible for an off-site Distribution Center, including Kitting with direct delivery to the customer.

Operational responsibilities included Estimating, Engineering, Programming, Tooling, Fabrication, Assembly,Shipping, and Materials Management. I also, worked in tandem with the GM and Sales to grow revenues from $500k to$2m a month, while realizing EBITDA numbers of nearly 35%.We purchased the Wichita Division at the end of 2001 through 2004 when it was considered the company’s poorestperforming operation. Worked with the VP of Sheet Metal Operations to set a course of action that allowed thedivision to get on schedule, grow the SOW and move from -10% EBITDA to 22% EBITDA in less than 12 months.Established an estimating methodology based on the size of the part, worked with Engineering, Programming, Tooling,and Fabrication to improve yield and throughput. Developed with the leadership team an Integration Site that manageda supply of 40 different vendors and delivered over 100 assemblies to Spirit Aerospace. This unit went from zero to$9M in sales in 18 months and we were able to take the company through a successful sales transaction.
