Tim Works as an interim manager in Health and Social Care. Most recently he has been working as a Head of Service for a large NHS CCG. Tim has extensive professional experience as an operational manager in the fields of health and social care and in managing projects. Tim’s excellent leadership skills, coupled with the ability to motivate teams and professionals have enabled him to build a sound track record for delivering results.Tim now focuses on interim management, consultancy, project management and research work in a number of settings including the NHS, local authorities, universities and the third sector. Previously Tim was chair of the British Association of Social Workers, a justice of the peace in both England and in Australia and a school governor for over 10 years.
