Responsible for project creation, process development, testing, and execution.-Data Item Management System (DIMS)A tool that allows Subcontract Managers to track their supplier document deliverables. Contains dashboard functionality, data sheet real-time editing, full documentation attribute customization, and automated approval routing.-GSC Cost Estimating Tool (CEF)This was a cross-functional tool created to estimate GSC direct labor for a wide variety of programs. This required collaboration on the input, data modeling, actuals data, and validation across all direct functions in GSC. CEF was a special project assigned to all organizations in our sector. Our GSC tool was considered the best out of all the functions assigned to create a CEF.
