Serve as primary contact for the firm's banking services.Establish and maintain trust accounts. Ensure compliance with trust accounting regulations, e.g. WI SCR 20:1.15Work in conjunction with firm's accountant to track revenues, AP/AR, provide raw data for financial reporting, account reconciliation, and present information regarding the same to firm partners.Successfully managed the technical and operational acquisition of a business purchased by the firm in 2014, providing continuity of service experience with acquired client base, and overseeing integration of said business into daily operations.Meet with existing and prospective clients to discuss collections strategy and performance of client inventory. Approach new clients to offer firm's services and handle client intake.Research and illuminate account balance discrepancies between clients, debtors, and our firm. Run account simulations to confirm accounts or determine necessary adjustments. Advise and instruct at all levels regarding technical operations, performing Basic IT support; network, server (Windows), and workstation maintenance; plan and implement expansion of facilities, software, and outside support teams.Document workflows and craft changes to daily operations with an eye for careful time management, ease, and efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.Perform basic HR tasks including payroll processing, retirement plan maintenance, hiring, and ongoing education.Familiar with Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.Some experience with Microsoft's Power BI analytics software, used to display financial activity for key clients.

Record patient information, fill prescriptions, resolve insurance discrepancies, help maintain automated prescription filling machine (Parata)

Perform daily inventory reconciliations, monitor and prevent shrink, project figures for store-wide inventory, work with management to promote best practices among staff to minimize stock errors, and compile regular inventory reports to augment all of the above.
