During this time Tim has worked as a consultant on a number of projects. His role has been Business Analyst, Database designer, Analyst Programmer as appropriate to the project. During this time Tim worked through his own company on two projects concurrently. He supported and developed the software used by the Anthony Nolan Trust, called SOLAR. This was an Oracle application with a VB6 front end in which he was involved from analysis, development through to implementation. Tim and 3 other software consultants formed Creative Database Projects (CDP) in 1994 with an aim to deliver fixed-price database projects based around Oracle technology. Tim had a number of roles within the company, including management roles, but also worked on and delivered a number of projects which are listed below.
