I work in the Business Consulting team specialising in data analytics and business intelligence, to support decision making, business process optimisation and transformation projects. I am an experienced project manager, with strong skills in payroll and HR, transaction due diligence, and internal audit. We provide data-driven insights to clients, enabling process improvements or giving them assurance to operate with efficiency and confidence.

At Mindfields, I helped clients improve their governance, reduce costs, and create workforce capacity. I worked with clients to review their internal processes and assist in implementing a range of digital solutions, as well as process improvements.I was involved in managing a large scale Robotic Process Automation implementation which involved the development and deployment of 6 automated processes.

I worked at EY in the People Advisory Services team. I worked closely with clients to assist them with employment taxes, superannuation, global mobility, payroll, remuneration, and more. I provided assistance with data analytics, automation, compliance, and other ad hoc advice.

My role at Curtin University involved working with a research team to conduct analysis of different projects. This involved the creation and implementation of various databases to both summarise information, and provide a simple method to record future data. As well as this, the position required me to work closely with clients to ensure that we were providing them with the information that they require.

Working as a sports coach provided a diverse range of challenges in which I was able to develop my communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Coaching kids 12-15 years of age is a unique challenge requiring a combination of patience and creativity. It was my task to teach the students not only about the game of basketball, but about teamwork, communication, humility, amongst a myriad of other life skills. The role required that I plan and run my own training sessions, write reports for student to share their progress with their parents, and also maintain a duty of care over the students while travelling to and from training sessions and games.

Working at Penrhos as a sports coach has allowed me to further the skills that I have gradually been acquiring coaching at Wesley College. Going beyond the environment that I had become accustom to at Wesley allowed me to work with slightly different staff, using slightly different processes. On a professional level this allowed me to learn more about the running of teams, and how best this can be achieved. The role involved coaching 12-15 year old girls, allowing me to practice the skills I learned at Wesley on a different demographic, showing me the importance of adapting my style to the climate that I am working in.

My role as Team Leader at Grill'd Applecross gave me the chance to work on my leadership abilities in an environment that I had not previously had this experience in. Working in a high paced restaurant meant that I gained experience in running a team under high stress situations. The role allowed me to learn aspects of leadership that i strive to implement in all facets of my life.As well as gaining leadership experience, the role taught me a lot about customer service and the importance of developing a rapport with the people you work for. Conflict resolution played a large part of the job when left in charge of the restaurant, and dealing with these situations provided invaluable experience in communicating with people in a hostile situation.Part of the role also included extensive occupational health and safety training as well as experience being the approved manager of a licensed venue.

Undertook a 3 week internship at EY, Perth in Tax - People Advisory Services. Gained invaluable experience working in a high performing team to provide top quality service to clients.
