About Tim Cocks

In my view, being an effective finance leader in project-led businesses comes down to enabling constant change. From project and cashflow cycles to scale-downs and hyper growth, finance plays a key role in both stabilising and growing a business. To this mission, I leverage 20+ years of experience across the finance ecosystem to build best in class business models and teams with the agility and flexibility to add commercial value.I came to finance from the ground-up, working my way through a series of transactional, project and divisional roles to head up finance departments as a trusted business partner to C-suite. Today, I offer a deep understanding of the interdependencies and risks of funding, infrastructure and construction delivery environments, facilitating multi-year strategies and business plans that deliver cost-effective growth.
