During my time at Paddle, I was part of a small team building the upmarket Strategic Sales function. I was heavily involved in working on processes and go to market strategy whilst also working directly with new business prospects.

At NetSuite I worked with fast growth software and FinTechs across the UK and Ireland, helping them achieve rapid growth on one single unified platform. During my time with Netsuite I was proud to achieve my ARR target 2 years in a row, receiving the Applications Achievement Award from Oracle Apps for my performance in FY21.

As one of the first UK employees I helped set up the UK sales office. My role in UK Sales & Business Development meant I was involved with everything from Lead Generation and Marketing to doing my own demos as part of my sales cycle with prospects. I also account managed key partnerships with other software vendors as part of the go-to-market strategy for specific verticals. I was heavily involved in the events AccountsIQ attended, both setting up and working the stand, raising brand awareness and giving on-demand demos.Outside of my sales role, I was system admin for SalesForce and helped on numerous product procurement projects to help increase productivity and efficiency across the team as the UK company continued to grow. I on-boarded all new UK staff to ensure they had all the software and hardware needed for their role and was involved in the recruitment process as well.

Working as part of the pre-sales team on AMT-Sybex's Mobile Workforce Management product FieldReach, I did demos and workshops with prospects and clients as well as helping on large implementation projects. I regularly presented at both board and user level and was involved in a number of large bids to large infrastructure and utility companies across the UK.
