I've worked with our communications team to develop, build and implement a new bequest process and journey. This included acquiring new bequest donors and identifying over two million dollars in future bequest giving. I've worked with our team to build a culture of thanking donors. We now regularly thank over 30% of our donors and all our pledge donors. Our whole team from the Executive Director on participate in this. I've planned and copywritten appeals which have delivered double the response rate in lapsed donor and pledge donor segments. They have also seen the average gift increase across the board.I've been able to design and deliver monthly giving reports, which we had not previously had. I've also worked to improve our donation processing efficiency.I also project managed and delivered on time an upgrade to our CRM, managing multiple stakeholders in different departments.

I was able to work with major donors to find a level of giving they could sustain, even as the economy was in recession. Working with the merchandise and customer service teams I helped build a donor journey for acquisition campaigns which improved customer retention by over twenty percent. I was able to work with our marketing department and volunteers to increase tracked event income by over fifty percent. I worked with our marketing team to create an improved standard of care for current legacy supporters, and acquire new legacy supporters through finding new channels. I was part of the Strategy Development group, whose 2019-2024 strategy was commended by the International Strategy Review Group. I helped organise and lead the first supporter insight trip overseas in over five years.

I worked with volunteers to help increase overall group and volunteer revenue for the first time in three years. I created new thank you processes, ensuring all lapsed donors were now thanked. I created new processes which helped customer service understand the best way to thank different types of donors. I helped resolved multiple donor complaints which saw donor's commitment to the cause increase. I regularly created and contributed content to donor publications.

I delivered timely and accurate data on petrol and grocery prices. I managed ten people doing the same work across eight territories. I helped design and introduce new ways to assign shifts over the weekend for casual workers, improving monitoring. I supported my team to ensure data was always delivered as soon as possible with 99% accuracy.

I worked with local churches and helped return a breakfast club to the local high school. I engaged with a wide variety of stakeholders, including parents, teenagers, young adults and staff to deliver a youth program which was engaging. Parents provided positive feedback about the opportunities teenagers received to engage in positive community creating activities.

I learned a lot in one of Australia's largest contemporary Anglican churches; how to create engagement for a range of stakeholders from the elderly to children, craft engaging public talks, write bible studies. I also contributed to the development of a leadership training initiative for teenagers. I helped lead teams of over 20 leaders in week long camps.
