They call me “Tim the Roofer.”Having worked in the Commercial Roofing industry my entire life (which is a long time), it’s fair to say I’ve learned a thing or two about roofs. I have a reputation for staying focused on a problem until it is solved. As one of my customers put it, he never worries about his complicated roof problems because he knows I’m “bird dogging” it. I don’t think there’s a roof repair problem I can’t solve.I started my career working in the field in my 20s, and worked my way up to managing and estimating. I’ve been with Mint Roofing for more than 25 years (originally, the company was Dalbec Roofing, but I like the new name because it better reflects what I do best: Keep Roofs in Tiptop Condition). Most of my focus is on roof repairs, service work, and TopSite, our preventative maintenance program, which (kind of like me) is the best in the industry.I’ve been married, joyfully, for 30 years. My wife and I have three grown kids who we love to spend time with. I also have a passion for hunting and almost any outdoor activity. We have a cabin up north and enjoy a lot of boating and kayaking.
