I believe the best way to prove myself at work is to show up early, stay late, and volunteer for every unwanted crappy task! I am a product of my choices and I will never blame anyone for my own shortcomings or the challenges I face, nor resent the success of others. I have spent the last 15 years learning, growing, managing, and investing in myself, in business, and so many other individuals. The people that have worked under my leadership have meant the world to me and have taught me so many lessons I could write a book! I am now on a mission to prove that the countless, hard earned lessons I've acquired are applicable in any industry.
