A non-profit aimed at providing mental health services to people with trauma and migration backgrounds. Tasks included:- Setting up, correcting, and following up on patient files; listing old and new ones on a weekly basis for (re)assessment by the team- Approaching possible third parties for financial coverage- Raising contracts and sending out invoices (using Odoo)- Contacting patients and/or those who registered them for appointments- Arranging interpreters- Handling intercom, reception desk and phone- Catering for all-day clinics- Documenting the in-office library and aiding in the digitisation of literature
