I review, work requests submitted to maintenance department, prepare job instructions, coordinate the requisition of parts, materials, tools and documentation to complete the job, develop and coordinate the maintenance work schedules, plans and schedule Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, plan and schedule daily list of technician tasks/assignments for maintenance supervisor, analyze emergent work reports and interpret data for modifications to preventative maintenance system, analyze downtime trends to add to/modify spare parts inventory, schedule/coordinate with other departments for maintenance work that may interfere with plant activities, provide reports of KPI’s for maintenance activity.

I worked on a cost savings project for process waste water to decrease the effluent costs of BOD, TSS, and TKN surcharges. I also worked with a team to coordinate the installation of production equipment for a new production line.
