Working in a range of postions across the business, I am involved in a range of business critical roles. • Currently working on a number of key strategic projects to deliver:- Group Wide Sustainability Strategy and Communications for the whole Group (100,000 employees globally)- Project Managing Divestment and Acquisitions to support strategic change.- Communication of Divisional Strategy.• Recently finished project managing, developing and writing our property solution in support of a £400m training programme for a major public sector customer as part of a competitive dialogue process involving a significant amount of customer facing dialogue, receiving a maximum possible compliance score from the customer.• Communications lead in successfully delivering our 2010 Community Investment Targets and delivering new strategy, communication and reporting plan for 2011.

Until the General Election this work was dominated through being responsible for leading on all of Mr Clifton-Browns work as the Shadow Minister for International Trade and Development. In support of front bench work my core responsibilities included political monitoring; policy, speech, report and article writing and advice; local, national and trade media engagement and website management.• Wrote Conservative Party Policy for the reform of UKTI, the Government body responsible for supporting British exporters, including in the defence market, and attracting investors following extensive internal and external research and stakeholder engagement over two years.• Drafted internal advisory reports looking at the prospects for a post Mugabe Zimbabwe and on the development issues created by the fighting in Sri Lanka.• Wrote all election material and election addresses along with providing daily support, advice and campaign co-ordination to Mr Clifton-Brown during the successful 2010 General Election in the Cotswolds where his majority was increased by 3,176.
