I am a dedicated and passionate professional with a strong commitment to a career in public policy. As a Benefits Advisor for the New Zealand Defence Force, I assist with the development, delivery, and management of the Defence Force's benefits strategy, policies, and schemes.Prior to this role, I served as a Competitive Analysis Researcher at Project Crimson/Trees that Count, contributing to vital conservation efforts while gaining valuable experience in my field. In February 2023, I graduated with a Masters of Philosophy, Politics and Economics (MPPE) from Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington, building on my dual Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce degrees in International Relations, International Business, German, and Psychology.Throughout my undergraduate studies, I gained valuable experience through internships at organisations such as Project Crimson/Trees that Count, Council for International Development, and Victoria University International. I also actively participated in sport clubs and successfully completed the Wellington International Leadership Program. In addition to my academic pursuits, I worked as a Pool Deck Supervisor for SwimWell at Wellington City Council.I am known for my responsibility, diligence, and respect for others, and I pride myself on my culturally aware and politically informed vision.
